The families of the children involved in the unfortunate accident last night on Flomich Avenue were shocked to see that, instead of concern for our children, you are harrassing us for comments and relating this event to the homeless homicide that happened over a year ago. We are more concerned about our injured children right now and do not need all of the bad publicity about our children. We feel that we have been constantly harrassed today by your representatives at our homes both by telephone and by them coming to our houses for interviews. This is extremely inappropriate especially considering that we were not even sure if some of the children would live or not. We feel that this is harrassment and defamation of character. Any further news linking this unfortunate accident and the homeless homicide, just to make our children look bad, will force us to seek an attorney immediately after the children are discharged from the hospital. We are willing to work together on this considering that so many families are devastated by this tragic event last night. This is the only notice that will be given to WKMG. We would appreciate your cooperation in this matter while we are trying to care for our children in the hospital.
