Agency Partnership Manager
Reports to: Senior Director of Klipfolio Partnerships

We are looking for a salesperson to manage accounts and skyrocket agency partner growth. If you are a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling - with experience pitching sales to marketers or digital marketing agencies, and cultivating great client relationships - this job is for you.
The Agency Partnership Manager plays a critical role in growing our marketing agency partner business. The main focus of this position is channel development and turning the warm leads our awesome marketing team has put into our pipeline into ongoing business.

- Proactively manage the sales cycle from lead-to-win on new marketing agency partner business
- Initiate conversations with prospects, provide offering information and demonstrations, and respond to customer satisfaction issues and information requests in a professional and timely manner
- Engage, support and train agency channel partners to forge relationships to ensure their success and retention.
- Be the customers’ voice at Klipfolio, working closely with Sales, Support and Product teams
- Seek out and close opportunities for new revenue, expansion revenue and account growth
- Participate in social media discussions on a regular basis
- Diligently track, maintain, and update activities and records in Salesforce
- 3 - 5 years relevant, successful sales and customer management, pitching sales to marketers or digital marketing agencies
- Experience with developing relationships, following a sales cycle, and prospecting potential customers
- Strong work ethic, highly organized and effective time management
- Passionate about technology with the ability to become an expert in Klipfolio
- Adept researcher and data analyst
- Exemplary phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Relevant experience with Business Intelligence, Salesforce.com, SaaS/Cloud Computing, Online Marketing/Analytics and/or Social Media
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
