A Post Comment, or simply Comment, is a primarily text-based form of engagement on a social media platform which allows users to respond to posts in their own words. The number of comments on a piece of content indicates the level of engagement users have with that content.

Post Engagement Rate

Post Engagement Rate is the ratio of interactions with a social media post to the total number of followers the page or profile has. This metric shows how involved followers are with the content posted on a social media page. Generally, higher Post Engagement Rate shows higher levels of follower involvement.

Post Impressions

Post Impressions is the total number of times a post was visible in user timelines or feeds. It simply indicates that the post was shown in a timeline or feed and does not necessarily mean that people read it, clicked to open it, or engaged with it in any way. It’s important to distinguish between Post Impressions and Post Reach.

Post Reach, or Unique Impressions, is a count of the number of people who viewed your post at least once.

Post Shares

Post Shares is the total number of times a post was shared on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest. A Post Share increases visibility and reach of a post. It is a useful metric to gauge audience interest in the post content.

Profile Views

Profile Views counts the total number of views a social media profile has received from unique accounts over a specific period of time. Each time a unique account views a profile, it increases the Profile Views count for that profile, even if the same account views the profile multiple times.
