How to build an Intercom dashboard
There are two ways to build support dashboards in Klipfolio:
- Klip Gallery - Use pre-built Intercom metrics
- Connector Gallery - Use the Connector Gallery to create a custom Intercom dashboard
Use pre-built Intercom metrics
Assemble an Intercom dashboard by selecting pre-built metrics from the Klip Gallery.
See the total count of your open, closed, unassigned, and assigned conversations.
Get a total count of open and closed conversations for each of your Admins.
Show your top 10 user segments and get real insight on how your product is being used.
Use the Connector Gallery to create a custom Intercom dashboard
With our Connector Gallery, you can create custom API queries to pull in data from your Intercom account. Building custom queries allows you to specify the metrics and time periods that you want to track.
You can use custom queries to build out custom visualizations in Klipfolio. You can also combine your Intercom data with other relevant data (i.e. Salesforce) to get a deeper understanding of how your customers are using your product.
