Ideal candidate will be passionate about user experience, good design, and

information for each defect, and log defects in the defect-tracking database,
providing detailed information on each defect in the process of communicating
the issue to development for resolution. Candidate will write, maintain,
and review test plans and test cases to verify proper testing of the application
before it goes to a customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with customers and end-users to support and capture feedback for
inclusion in product decisions
- Participating in writing and maintaining software test plans and scripts
- Analyzing software defects and assisting development by accurately capturing
defect scenarios

- Manages, engages with, and educates the partner channel
