How to connect CallRail to Klipfolio
You'll need two things before you start: your CallRail API Key and your Account ID.
To find your API Key:
- Sign in to CallRail and select your account.
- Click your account name in the top left corner.
- Select My Profile.
- Under Security, click API Keys.
- Click Create API V3 Key.
Note: API V3 keys are only visible for 15 minutes after creation. If you lose the key, create a new one.
To find your Account ID:
Your Account ID is the nine-digit number following

Once you have both, connect in Klipfolio:
- Go to the Service Connectors page and select CallRail.
- Choose a pre-built data source or click Create a custom CallRail data source.
- Enter your API Key and select your CallRail Account from the drop-down.
- Click Get data, confirm the data looks right, then click Continue.
- Name your data source, set a refresh schedule, and click Save.
