You can set up a monthly subscription using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. There is no required commitment term beyond one month. We can also set up invoicing for larger payments; just contact our Success Team.
Yes, all prices are listed in USD.
A user is a named individual who can log into Klipfolio using a unique email address. A user can be granted access to your dashboard. You can assign different roles to users such as View-Only, Editor and Admin. You can also assign users to custom roles to ensure they only have access to the specific dashboards they require, and the specific features and functionality they need. It’s easy to add a new user and start sharing dashboards: Sign into Klipfolio. Click the Users at the top right. Add a New User.
Our free trial is two weeks, but if you need more time to explore Klipfolio, we can help you out! When you sign into an expired trial account, look for the Tweet to extend your trial link to get an additional 14 days. If you don’t have Twitter, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to help out.
You can share your dashboards with others by publishing links that provide view-only access. Publishing a link to your dashboard makes your dashboard accessible to people outside your account.
When publishing a link to your dashboard, you choose from the following options:
- Make it public and available via search
- Make it available to anyone with the link
- Make it available to anyone with the link and a password

Our Partner Program is ideal for Agencies, Technology Integrators, or other types of organizations looking to help their Clients become more data-driven and stay on top of what is happening in their business. With our Program, partners have the ability to create and manage distinct dashboards for your Clients. You can create and manage these dashboards from within your own Account, easily transfer content between Accounts, and work with as few, or as many Clients as you require. Optional add-ons to your subscription include:
- White Label to suppress Klipfolio branding,
- Implement Domain Aliasing to have your users log in through a domain that you specify,
- Use CSS to overhaul the look and theme of Klipfolio to align with your own brand.
Note: Client Management functionality is not available for accounts that are already Clients of another account.
As an add-on to your subscription, our white-label options give Customers and Partners the ability to customize everything from the product name and links to logos and favicons. It’s all up to you. White Labeling allows you to completely hide our name and brand from the application, and replace it with your own. It also allows you to have your users log in through a domain that you specify (like dashboard.yourcompany.com), and apply custom theming through CSS. If you do not need to completely White Label the platform, Domain Aliasing and Custom Theming can also be applied as separate add-ons to your account.

This is a monthly Support package that gives you access to a dedicated Ninja for a set number of hours each month. It is a 3 month commitment, at $250 per month, and provides 3 hours of consulting in the 1st month, 1.5 hours in each subsequent month, and priority support ticket handling.

501(c)(3) organizations: Organizations that have received the 501(c)(3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service are eligible to submit an application for our product donation program. Proof of status is required.
Fiscally sponsored organizations: Fiscal sponsorship is a financial and legal system by which a legally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity provides limited financial and legal oversight for an organization that does not have its own 501(c)(3) status. Organizations that are fiscally sponsored by an organization that holds a 501(c)(3) designation eligible for our discount program. Proof of sponsor status is required.
501(c)(4), 501(c)(6), or non 501(c)(3) Organizations: Private organizations, state & local government agencies, public schools, including Hospitals and Healthcare systems that do not have a 501(c)(3) designation, but may have a c4, c6 or other nonprofit status are not eligible for our discount program. In addition, organizations that possess multiple IRS designations (i.e., a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) status), but whose primary use of Klipfolio products would not be for the 501(c)(3) entity, are not eligible.
Although educators are not eligible for the discount program, educators may apply to use Klipfolio for free within an approved curriculum. Learn more here
With the May 25, 2018 GDPR deadline coming quickly, Klipfolio is working diligently on its GDPR compliance program to support our clients in meeting their GDPR requirements. We will have our new Privacy Statement, Data Processing Addendum and GDPR Self-Assessment Questionnaire posted in the coming weeks. Data Processors with the requirement that data be stored at their physical location can configure a Custom Data Store for use with their Klipfolio service. Please contact our Customer Success team for more information about setting up and using a Custom Data Store.
