Creating Zendesk Dashboards

To connect your Zendesk data to Klipfolio, you can use the Connector Gallery or the Klip Gallery in Klipfolio. Either way, the first thing you will be asked to do is authenticate and create a handshake connection between your Klipfolio and Zendesk accounts.
- Enter your Zendesk Username and Password.
- Click Next Step.
If you are in the process of adding a Zendesk Klip from the Klip Gallery,
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain. (For example, your subdomain name would be skynet if your Zendesk support site URL is https://support.skynet.com.)
- Next, enter your time zone.
- Click Add Klip.

To connect your Google Analytics data to Klipfolio, you will be prompted to connect your Google Analytics account by entering your username and password.
Doing so will create a token that enables Klipfolio to securely access your Google Analytics account. Your token looks like George@Google Analytics. You can use and reuse the same token every time you connect to Google Analytics.
Note: You manage your connections (tokens) to Google Analytics in Klipfolio under Connected Accounts in the Account section.
