Flight Network is one of Canada’s largest online travel agencies, offering flights, hotels, vacation packages, and travel deals to customers around the globe. Established in 2005 and headquartered in Ontario, the company has grown to serve millions of travellers across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. With over 350 employees and teams across multiple countries, Flight Network operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where quick, informed decision-making is crucial.

To support its global reach, the company relies on a network of regional teams to manage performance across marketing, sales, and technology. But as operations expanded, performance data became increasingly fragmented. Important KPIs were scattered across platforms, siloed between teams, and often difficult to access.
